At Ovaro, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the information below regarding processing and shipping times. 

 

Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday). 

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. 

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. 

 

Estimated Delivery Times 

After processing, estimated delivery times are: 

  • United States: 7–15 business days 

  • International: 7–30 business days (depending on destination) 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, or local postal disruptions. 

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). 

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear in the system. 

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes 

Prices on our website are displayed in USD and do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees. 

Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay additional charges upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. 

Ovaro is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. 

 

Incorrect Address Disclaimer 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping information is accurate at checkout. 

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes. 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages 

If your order appears significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the carrier. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
